What’s our story?
Founded in Manchester, in the north of England, NeuWave emerged from the gloomy city widely recognised as the birthplace of the industrial revolution. Built on a foundation of academic collaboration, the company began as the shared vision of three graduate students who recognised the need for innovation in renewable energy.
With roots in a city synonymous with both innovation and harmful industrialisation, NeuWave aims to bridge the gap between technical excellence and a more environmentally-focused approach to energy generation.

Meet the Team
Jana Stella
Jana is NeuWave’s CEO. She is a PhD Researcher in Environmental Engineering at UoM and her research has pushed the boundaries of Oceanography, where she has developed multiple numerical and AI wave models to understand environmental conditions with limited computer resources. Her innovation experience also stretches across medicine and nuclear fusion.
Lucas Martin
Since graduating his BSc Geography at the University of Manchester, Lucas taught himself to code and has since worked at various startups around the globe as an Software Engineer. Lucas focuses on building consumer / business facing applications and has worked in various sectors including: finance, cloud computing & geospatial.
